Not Quite 10 On Tuesday and Other Bits of Random

Not quite ten viral patterns that I have yet to do (though it seems the rest of the world has):

1. Broadripple Socks

3. Monkeys (This would include the "no purls" version, too.)

Now for the fiddly bits:

In less than 6 hours I have to go to Knit Nite and I have no idea which project to bring with me. I have very few portable or mindless projects going at the moment.
The Knit Nite problem is a direct result of my current Knit Sloe Down (not to be confused with a Knit Hoe-Down or a Sloe Gin Fizz.)
I think I am going to ban myself from ever buying self-striping or multicolored sock yarn again. I have yet to use the stuff and be really happy with it. It only looks good when I am knitting Stockinette or a simple rib. I can only take so much of either before I want to curl up in a corner and talk to the dust bunnies.
