Out of Curiosity

Well, yesterday's resolve to rest the wounded finger lasted all of an hour and a half. Thumbing through the Opinionated Knitter I found a pattern for a baby bootie. It was intriguing (sp?). I made one. Don't feel the urge to make a second one, though.
Maybe it would appeal to me more in a solid....
